    Eat Cook LAis a magnificent Cookbook written by Aleksandra Crapanzano Aleksandra brings you her favorite LA hotspots and her favorite dishes from these amazing restaurants I fell in love with the blurbs introducing each dish or drink Aleksandra made me drool with each introduction She gives a few need to knows after most dishes and I appreciated those handy tidbits I loved why she uses Dutch ovens from Le Creuset or Staub I am afraid of frying things too The photos are beautiful and inviting They make you want to recreate the dish as perfect as Crapanzano did Some of my favorite photos are the Market Fruit and Grain Breakfast Bowl the Pan Seared Halibut and the Brown Butter Jam Blondes The recipes are mouth watering and easy to recreate I love the drink recipes for every time of day Perfect for party planning Thank you Aleksandra Crapanzano and Ten Speed Press for my beautiful finished copy of Eat Cook LA Recipes from the City of Angels

    I received this as a gift and I couldn't be happier with it Like The London Cookbook by the same author the introductions to the recipes are great reading the stories of where the recipes came somehow make them even delicious to eat Everything I've made from it so far has been fantastic Read it and eat
