The city has been on eggshells since the arrival of the vampire delegation to the capital and Prince Alde Alden a prince meets a mysterious man at a ball who turns out to be a courtesan This was an interesting story with a lot of potential I liked the world that the author created and the characters were intriguing I just feel that she was just limited by the word count I would have happily read a novella or a novel with these characters

35 starsThe kind of short story that is predictable but still can make me go awwww in the end due to the adorable main characters I think Alden and Bran have chemistry and their courting is the right amount of sweetness

Most of LT3's AUFantasy stories have a certain similar feel to them I like it it's sweet and non explicit with good triumphing over evil and often a Cinderfella twist and some magicThis was no exception plus it has a rentboy so of

This is just my cup of tea a lovely romantic story with a bit of angst and two characters who just had to get togetherI'd not read any of Isabella Carter's books before and got this as part of the Halloween set from Less Than Three Press I was glad I did as this one hit the spot nicely for me I'd definitely like to see from the author

An adorable fairy tale esue story in keeping with LT3 traditionThe buildup to the climax could have been better would have made the Big Reveal a bit relevant dramatic exciting etcThe world building was a bit confusing towards the beginning although most things were cleared up by the end of the story Likewise for character creationcharacterization
