    This recording is a treasure trove and possibly life changing I've been wanting to call something a treasure trove for some time and I'm glad I finally found something that fits Also I can't say if it is life changing for sure because only time will tell that My favorite thing I learned is that Self Discipline is a learned skill The book has so many insights and examples and research I will definitely listen to it again Also I know how to get the recording for free if you want it let me know
